    Purchasing a home from someone, dumb enough to rent a water heater, $50 / month for a 30 Gallon tank. We didnt think twice about the fact that theres a rental of the hot water tank as my parents are renting one for $20 / month for a 40 Gallon tank, so figured it would be comparable in price. On top of that, theres a $40 fee to transfer the rental over to us. I cant even find out how long the term is until I sign their contract agreeing to their terms. Stay away, stay far away.

    RUN SO FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ! THEY ARE LIARS! If you buy a home that has a rented anything from these people do not take on the contract. They will mess with you. They told me 2 years ago there was one year left on the contract, NOW they tell me there is 10-15 YEARS left and that we owe them $1400 to buy out for a broken water heater. They dont care who they rip off, the poor, elderly, anyone! They just want their money! Their apologies are empty, this is a reflection of them as a company.

    Hot water heater contract was not available to me when I signed the purchase agreement for my new home. Purchase terms ony stated the heater would be a rental-no other terms. Imagine my surprise when the first bill arrived 12 months after occupancy for a monthly fee of $45! Never would have accepted their contract if I was doing the arrangements personally. Looking to buyout but their price of $5400 (based on a 10 year life of the tank) is hard to agree with as well. This is a disgusting.

    On 02 May 2018 after a number of unsolicited calls, I allowed a service technician to visit my house to review the existing rental water heater. The service technician determined that I needed a new heater and recommended a 40 gallon water heater to replace the existing 60 gallon heater – a recommendation the installing contractor also questioned. The monthly rental of the new heater was quoted at $44.95 vs the $16.27 I had previously been paying and the service technician claimed the improved

    Anyone reading this, DO NOT upgrade your tank if they are calling you to do so. After I booked an appointment and the sales man came & left (I didnt resign because something didnt feel right) I found out this company had been billing me FOR YEARS for NO REASON. Their excuse to me was it was my responsibility to know when my term was up. I moved into the home w/the unit already here so I had no idea. They refuse to give me my contract and they refuse to reimburse me. Unethical Disgusting company!
