Not a good place to work.

I am very pleased with Schickedanz Brothers. They are very accommodating with their tenants and provide special tenant appreciation events annually such as BBQs(last year there were pony rides that my kids loved), coffee mornings at Christmas time and colouring contest at easter. This Christmas they gave the children books as gifts. They recently updated the laundry room and washers which I am very excited about. They listen to my concerns and have attended to my maintenance requests accordingly

My parents wanted to move out after many years and the weekend they could move happened not to be the end of month. Despite the unit needing work the property manager insisted they had to move on the final day of month or pay another month of rent. They wont take partial rent on the final month. My parent were ready to pay for all additional days but they wanted more. This caused a few of us get time off in middle of week to accommodate a move, ridiculous!!

They also don't pay their bills to contractors who do work for them - they just say take me to court... they just don't care! Very sad 'family' run business. They've gotten their money on the backs of small business people :(

If I could give this place a 0 i would. clipper place has thee WORST management! there was recently a terrible flood in this building and they could care less about your damaged suite. They will only keep telling you to deal with your insurance. they will leave you in a musty apartment and not finish the job THEY are liable for but will demand you STILL pay rent! That's all they care about. Not their tenants and management is terribly rude. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY!

Terrible management to say the least

Do not move here if you are hoping for a good experience, especially if you have a baby. They don't care about anything except taking your money. They will also ticket your car if you park in visitors parking. If you make any formal complaints they will suggest you moving instead of coming up with a civil resolution. Poor quality and uneducated management team.

Awful Experience, Do NOT Rent!

Absolutely terrible service at Clipper Place. The property manager and superintendent are very shady people who lie to your face. They don't fix problems on time (I've had one standing for 8 years and still no change) and when they do, you're expected to pay for it. Not helpful at all. I even once had them slide a request for entry into my door seconds before she unlocked the door for an "inspection". You can do much better than Schickedanz and their band of shady managers.
