Last order from them horrible customer service takes for ever to get anything from them and I live in Ontario and they open up packages to have lower shipping cost and remove parts to the product as well beware of this company.

What a painful experience

First part of my shipment went fine but then on the second part I received the wrong product. It took 60 days to end the transaction and finally get a refund on the 2nd shipment. They continuously argued with me that I had gotten the right product to then finally admit it was wrong. I had to deal with rude employees, no responses e-mails, being hung up on, and told that I had broken the product when I had not. Very unprofessional, by far the worst place I've shopped for airsoft stuff.

Nice Stuff - Bad Management

Good selection of products, generally a nice store. However, their refund policy is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything over $20 because if it breaks or has a manufacturers defect you're screwed.

Good arrangement of products, but if you are new to the Airsoft and need the assistance of staff to help get the part they will sell you the wrong part to make a buck or staff members are dont really know what they're talking about.if you are knowledgeable on the the subject would highly recommend.

I Bought a Rothco...

I Bought a Rothco M65 jacket from Hero Army Surplus and wrote several unfavorable reviews regarding the jacket using polite language. Despite several email exchanges, Hero Army Surplus did not post my reviews. The representative at Hero Army Surplus claimed technical problems with their server. It's been about a year now and still the reviews have not been posted. There has been absolutely no follow up from Hero Army Surplus.
