One satisfied and relieved customer
I encountered a problem with oil leaking from my engine. I contacted the dealership right away for a quote and a timeline to fix the car as I didn't think it was a good idea to wait any longer. The quote from the dealership was out of my budget and the soonest I was able to get in was at least a week. I started to panic as I have heard horror stories about mechanics. A good friend of mine recommended Lee's Autoworks in Oshawa. I was hesitant as it was quite a far drive from my home. I called them and the mechanic/owner was very professional and knowledgeable. I know very little about automobiles and he explained everything to me on the phone. He gained my trust so I decided to bring the car in. It was also a bonus that he was able to adjust his schedule to fit me in due to the urgency of the issue. The mechanic was very friendly and I was VERY satisfied with the service I received. The cost was also within my budget. It was well worth the drive and I would not hesitate to make the drive for any services to my vehicle from now on. I'm glad my friend gave me his recommendation and this is one mechanic I would be comfortable recommending to others. Thank you!
