He was prompt, very reasonable rates, polite, same day service (arrived in about 1 hr after I called), and most importantly fixed the problem. Came the same day...

Came the same day. Knew and explained what the problem was. Fixed the problem and charged a fair fee. (A different repair person , the previous day, diagnosed that my fridge would need a new motherboard. This would have been big bucks.)

Great , speedy, prompt & courteous service. Norm diagnosed the problem quickly & repaired the burnt wire in my dryer in minutes. Very reasonable rates . I would highly recommend & will call him for any appliance repairs in the future.
