Pretty bad service they commented on low stock and I replied it was OK but quite pricey. The employee then said your wrong these are standard prices which I then gave him examples of things that I payed less for in Sudbury which he just replied with "whatever your wrong". He seemed to know what I payed forthings better than I do. Definitely poor customer service
My apologies for having a sales staff member disagree with your comment on our pricing. We take pride in pricing all our products to the standard street pricing model. If anytime you can provide a better regular non-sale price from any Canadian competitor we'd gladly match it.

I deal with them all the time and never have any issues. My go to shop for all drum accessories.

Really didn't enj...
Really didn't enjoy my time shopping here, from the moment that I stepped in the store the service was horrible. I already knew that I was going to look at one of their black Friday Latin Percussion Cajon. At first they didn't want to let me take it out of the box because they "all sound the same", after a moment of arguing with the manager, he finally agreed to let me see what it looked like. Long story short, go somewhere else if you wanted to be treated like a customer.
|My apologies for your experience, although we were directed by the distributor to not unbox any of the black Friday promotional items until after the sale was done.
At any other time, we are more than willing to open product for demo purposes, unfortunately this was a special circumstance.
