Extremely painful experience - would not recommend using this accountant at all. She often would take WEEKS to respond to my emails, and almost always avoided my calls. When she did get back in touch, she had difficulty answering basic questions that I had about the pros and cons of specific bookkeeping items. I paid her to organize my QuickBooks Online. She did NOT because "it was too messy", and instead told me to do it (i'm not a bookkeeper) - but took my money anyway. UNPROFESSIONAL!!
