As I didn't expect any service at all it was ok for me.
The food comes in a desolate state: No one cares how the food looks like on your dish, rice of sushi and maki is warm - at least some of it. Fish or almost frozen - at least the sashimi. As the rice was too warm, the fish on the sushi thawed
I definitely do not eat here for the quality but more for getting the best bang for my buck.
service doesn't bother me that much but first finding out about the added 10 percent tip sure did! I was completely appalled and I'm sure that a lot of people are. I usually tip 10 percent anyway but this was completely uncalled for.
Not much to say really. Food didn't taste that good, worst sushi I've ever paid for come to think of it. Every server was rude; I had the wrong dish delivered at one point and when I asked to return it, I was accused of being a LIAR!!! I then asked for the bill; refused to pay the tip!! Paid exactly what they were owed in food and drink, walked out very displeased. Customer service has hit a new low.
The food is bland, the atmosphere is bland and the staff are the most uninteresting, uninspired, unmotivated bunch of slack-jawed slackers I've ever had shuffle past my table. This restaurant is for people that care more about quantity than quality. Who cares how big the maki rolls are when they all taste the same.
