Yummy Asia Restaurant

My son and I were the only ones in the restaurant on a Wednesday at 530 pm and I think because of this, the waitress took advantage and charged my 9 year old $21.99 which is the price for an adult!!! The food sucked. Never ever will we be going back. Feel ripped off. Also said that for my son to have white milk, the charge was 5.00. Like seriously?? No wonder no-one was in there!

By far my favorite restaurant. My husband and I go weekly, always YUMMY. Every dish is a work of art here. Beautiful presentation. Excellent staff. Delicious food.

Yummy trumps Chiba any day of the week

The restaurant's name is certainly fitting. YUMMY! My hubby and I walk in hungry and leave with stuffed, happy bellies! We love that there's no lack of delicious vegan options. And we appreciated that our maki rolls are never soiled with fish eggs on the rice, unlike when eating at Chiba!! The rolls are always a work of art. Chiba couldn't even begin to touch the quality of this place. Kbye.

Nothing but praise. Food is freaking fantastic. My wife and I love this place.

Sushi is fantastic here! Try the woodstock roll and the Yummy roll!

Worst meal I've ever had. Had to ask for plates and utensils. When they brought the plate it was a saucer. Meal was all messed up. Got main meal first then soup then egg rolls. Chicken balls were not entirely cooked. We took one spoonful of each and we left the whole meal. No sorry no nothing. Had to pay for the whole meal. Horrible service. Never again.

First time here it was fantastic my new favorite

So glad to see the new owners creating the same awesome food that Osaka had. Awesome quality and they have more to offer than the previous owners. Great service and awesome pricing! If anyone writes a bad review, it's because they don't know what good quality sushi is ;)

Was hoping for better

We were really hoping that Yummy Asia was going to be good in Woodstock's culinary wasteland. The vast menus (a la carte or all you can eat?) was an indication of confusion as to what kind of restaurant this actually is. Green tea was served luke warm (not in a pot), the onions in the chicken fried rice were raw but the chicken balls were good despite requiring a knife to cut which were not on table. Timing of the food was poor, portions were good but not worth the money that was charged.

THE place for sushi/sashimi in southern Ontario

I travel extensively throughout southern Ontario and love sushi and this place is my new favourite. The sushi & sashimi are very fresh and beautifully presented and the tempura is great; light and crispy and never greasy. The prices are very reasonable for the quality on offer and the staff are very efficient and friendly.

Best Japanese Food in Southwest Ontario

Good food, friendly people. Real Japanese food. Nothing phony about it. Recommend to anyone who want real Japanese food.
