Horrible services! They dont care after they have your money! They dont deliver on time /they cant even give you an idea of the delivery time! Very bad experience!
Where do i start, RUDE, ARROGANT, INCOMPETENT, and experience of the worst kind from salesmen to management these people do not deserve your money service after you bought something is enough to drive anyone insane i don’t know if all brick stores are the same but the kirkland one is simply the worst furniture store i’ve ever seen and i’ve been to many over the years, STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!! if you like complicated then by all means go
Stay clear from The Brick. DO NOT buy from this awful store. They are happy to take your money but when you need after service, they threat you like you do not matter and will not help you. I even called head office, no call back. Three months after receiving my fridge, I noticed something weird with one of the doors, it was clearly a manufacturer’s defect. The Brick did not want to help me, they did nothing. I am stuck with a fridge that I hate looking at everyday. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!
Une trés mauvaise experience d achat de sofas chez brick kirkland, j etais surpris de voir mes sofas se deteriorés en aprés 01 an d etulisation, fissures et decollage des couleurs jamais vu cela de ma vie on ma vendu des sofas fait par une matiere morte perimé, le probleme est que les responsable mon envoyé balladé on peux rien faire poiur toi tu na pas garantie prolongé comme une tv ou un electroménagé avez vous trouvé trouvé un meuble qui se brise en un an sauf chez brick kirkland.
