Inflexibility in their own unique store policies, despite pleasant staff makes shopping here very unpleasant. Will not be shopping here again.

Employés incompétents et hautains. Profites du fait que j´ai l´air jeune pour ne pas me donner un service quil a de l´allure. Jai parlé avec trois managers pour régler ma situation, mais ils ne sont daucune aide. Je vous déconseilles daller à ce magasin.

the person that helped me with my problem was very friendly and he fixed my problem in 20 minutes which was a bit complicated would recomend this store as excellent with five stars thanks again apple store leonard c

Used to be a proud customer. Nowadays they wont fix a battery on a 6 month old phone because of a cosmetic flaw, unless I pay for the full phone. Im baffled
