Vague & Vogue

2 months back and forth to deal with a defective toilet. 2 months of promises. Finally I made one call and the parts were delivered in 2 weeks. Great parts department but a major fail in the customer service department.

Our new bathroom is beautiful. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and positive, and the prices for the quality of material were competitive. Deliveries were on time and in excellent condition.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing something from this store. As others have stated, no customer service. Ordered a sink, was promised it would be in the following week. Had to follow up several times a week later, got the run around and was transferred to several people. sink was late so therefore it delayed the measurement of my counter! I would not go back there. they have no accountability.

Poor customer ser...

Poor customer service, ordered replacement cartridges in August for my faucet and my shower got it in January and it was wrong and still arguing about it. Telling me will call you back never calling back. Manager doesn't return calls either. Also bought a shower tower and cartridge does not exist product discontinued. They have told me to buy a new shower instead. Poor service will never go back.

Horrible service ...

Horrible service and horrible experience wouldn't shop there again. Prices and service are better elsewhere.

Horrible and Full of themselves

Horrible experience. Inflated prices and a manager who does not even have the courtesy to come speak to a customer when asked to from the sales rep. Cancels an order over the phone 2 days later when he was sitting 5 feet from us when we bought it. Horrible experience, strongly discourage. Go to Ciot and negotiate their prices, better quality and much better prices.

Selling junk and lack of honesty

Purchased shower column from store in 2013. Had to replace all hose clamps - original were such a poor quality; would not hold the flex lines in place for 5mins of use. 1yr later - diverter valve fails, could not use the shower at all. Checked w. store every couple of weeks - told that replacement parts are coming "from Europe", then "from Asia" - finally handed some odd bits and promised technician will visit to fix valve. A month has passed since, no news. Selling junk and lack of honesty.

Plomberium PFDS-More Affordable than I Thought!

My husband and I recently underwent many renovations to our home in DDO, and a friend suggested that we visit Plomberium Pierrefonds for our bathroom. We always passed Plomberium right by thinking that they were probably way out of our price range, but we were pleasantly surprised by the range of products we saw, and the personalized service they provided us with. We were able to buy our whole bathroom there (and we ended up getting our kitchen sink from there with what we had left from our bathroom budget!!). Our sales person was open to all of our requests and helped us find everything we needed. Some items we liked were very expensive, and he even helped us find similar items from other suppliers who were less costly, but of similar quality. The showroom is quite big and displays many different bathroom concepts, a great place to start with if you need ideas for renovating a bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised!
