I recently lost my husband. I had to sort through years of memories and really didnt know where to begin. My neighbour gave me a telephone number for a gentleman who she had sold some jewelry to, so I could sell a few things quickly to cover some expenses. When I called I was so surprised at the genuine care and compassion I received from the woman who I spoke with. I had been expecting a pawn-shop type of establishment and it was such a huge relief that they were so different. When she told me they would come to my house to help me determine what had value and what didnt, the burden of selling some of our things became so much more manageable. Their prices exceeded my expectations, and I know that my neighbour had shopped around prior and John's offer was the highest, so it was nice to know that I could trust his expertise. I wouldnt consider selling to anyone else, TJ Traders was a pleasure to do business with and I am grateful for their time and assistance in my time of need.

My family has always had a precious set of old silverware, but not having any use for it in years I thought I'd take it to Russell to sell. Unfortunately it wasn't valued as high as I had hoped and not worth much, however my experience with Russell was very pleasant and will gladly return in the future. The doorman even helped me to my car, great experience even if I didn't get any money out of it.

One of the most human places that exist in the world today. The staff was gentle, went out of their way, they were accommodating and most of all understand the basic demands and unexpected expenses that could occur. I would highly recommend this company and honestly...they deserve a "nobel" for helping people in need. It may come at a price..like a higher interest rate, but they were then where I needed a little bit of help! :)

Patrick created the most beautiful "art deco"inspired diamond ring which is just absolutely stunning. He listened to me and we selected the centre oval diamond and he then designed the ring. It has small diamonds set on the shank to showcase the stone. It also sports some lovely filigree detailing.I did my homework before I went to Cullinan and I could not be happier. Thank you Patrick!
