Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. We had a no heat situation the other night when we came home and called the assigned contractor after many attempts we could not even leave a message. We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.
