Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with this “team”. They were friendly and so easy to talk to. We had every confidence that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint. Very professional and accommodating. They were able to work around our schedule. They took the time to explain things to me and were very quick efficient and clean! They installed a gas fireplace for us and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the stonework around it! I would recommend this business to everyone. Great customer service.

We had Fire or Ice install a fire place a few years ago, and were very pleased with everything. We just had Fire or ice install a Napolean ductless A/C, and again were very pleased with the product, workmanship. Thank-you making us happy.
