I am very happy with a recent purchase of a custom leather sofa. For the small space I have in my living room and wanted to get a sofa to save the floor space. Big Boss was able to get this done for me. The price was good. I have purchase few other furniture from them, so are my relatives. We are all happy with their service. Recently shopped at this store for some furniture items and happen to meet with sales person Renu there. She was very helpful and had full knowledge about furniture and other items in the store. She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. Took time in understanding our needs and then was very patient while we were making decision She never pushed or rushed us to complete the purchase. She was very profession and wonderful to deal with. Amazing!

There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.

I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.
