Tim the store manager, has an applied moral character rarely seen in any business these days. The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. We had our gas fireplace cleaned and updated. The dated brass trim was painted a beautiful matte black, the entire fireplace interior was vacuumed and the glass panels are so clean, initially I didn't think the glass had been reinstalled. We're thrilled with Nick and team. The fireplace looks brand new! Highly recommmd.
