Space is super clean, ambiance comforting and inspiring, range of products for sale, impressive, and at Reflections, customer service is tops if you are there for hair services or lipstick. I had my hair cut from Susan, and I must say she is amazing. I told her what I wanted, and she gave me what I wanted exactly. I love it. Would be a regular here, for sure.

My wife was in a wedding out in Banff and three ladies came out from this salon to do their hair. She says it went really smooth and that everyone was happy - especially the Bride. I was just amazed that the Bridal Party was actually on time! Two Points to whoever kept them on schedule! And of course they did all look lovely!

We are truly sorry that your visit to us was interpreted in such a negative manner. We pride ourselves on being friendly and accommodating with each and every client that comes to our Salon. We stay late almost every night of the week to fit someone in that cannot come during our regular scheduled salon hours. You had missed the entire appointment, and unfortunately we were already completely booked up that day and were unable to fit you in. As it was a Saturday on a long weekend we also had plans after hours and weren't able to plan an additional appointment. The stylist that you said was 'sitting on her butt' was waiting for her next scheduled client that was due in at any moment (and actually wasn't even the Stylist that was booked with any of the wedding party.) Again, we are very sorry that this had not gone as you planned, and we wish you the very best of luck with the Wedding :)
