I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Tom gave us the estimate and explained how the units work.. any questions we had after he had left we e-mailed and were answered right away.
We felt very comfortable with Tom and his installation Team, Brad and John.

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our sales relresntiative responded to our call immediately, came over to our home and laid out all our options for us. Ivor was was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. Our furnace is functioning amazingly.

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!
