WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great. I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises.
