Staff are kind & patient, they fit you in right away if necessary. I live out of town, I am disabled, & I only travel to Pentiction once every couple months. I needed to speak to someone to see if there was anything I could do for my sick cat in the mean time of bringing him in &, a Veterinarian called me back quite quickly actually, which surprised me. as every other Vet clinic would not allow you to speak to anyone, only way was to bring your animal in. Our basset hound has been going to central valley since he was a pup around 6 years ago. We are happy with the staff and vets and the care they provide to our dog. I like that they follow-up each year as needed (check-up reminders, heartworm pill reminders etc). All and all, seems like a well run and caring clinic. Lire plus

Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
