I am a very satisfied customer. They are indeed very fast and reliable. Its really great that they have 24 hour emergency service that resolved our faucet and drain issues even at the middle of the night.

We would not hesitate to recommend Central Drain services to anyone. We called during an emergency and Mark quickly responded to us. He came and assessed our problem, explained everything to us, went through our options and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Mark and his staff were courteous, professional and were so clean. So thankful for their service.

Amazing service! The guy who came to our house was pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was VERY reasonable. I did a lot of calling around for pricing and they were the best. Brand new state of the art equipment. Came out to do a drain scope and possible snake, was very honest that I didn't require the snake so I ended up paying less than I was quoted for! Would use again in a heartbeat!

Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.

Rick was at our house in only one hour. Once I answered his questions, and he looked into the situation, he made good and honest recommendations. He did not try to offer expensive/ unnecessary procedures; he was just honest and straightforward. A refreshing experience! I will definitely call him first thing if we have any plumbing issues in the future!
