I have bought my beam central vac system from this location back in 2011. They have very knowledgeable staff and did a great job installing the unit at our home. The prices were reasonable given the service and product that we received.

I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day. The suction power is unbelievable. If you're looking for quick and excellent service, this is the place to go!

Came across this little store in the Ajax/Pickering area with my broken vacuum. They gave me a free estimate on the repairs that it needed and the price was right. I was really happy when I got it back with in a 24 hour period.The vacuum was all cleaned up and it worked like new again,a very happy customer.

Do not and I mean DO NOT go to the big box stores for your vacuum. You will pay far far less at this awesome local store plus, you may choose from new or refurbed; I went new with the great price. Super friendly and helpful with what you need and are looking for. So happy with these people, can't say enough. They also service your machine and are honest, reliable and reasonable. If it's not worth fixing they will tell you; not rip you off. Support local, especially when they so deserve it.

I was having problems with my central vac system because there was no suction. When they came out to fix my problem, they had it fixed very quickly and even offered some suggestions from preventing the loss of suction from happening again. The person was very friendly and helpful, consequently I will not go anywhere else for my vacuum needs.

I wanted to install a central vacuum system in my house. I called 3 companies, who said it was impossible bc my basement was finished. Luckily my sister-in-law, who had been dealing with Kris for years, told me to call him. Within hours his technician figured out how to install a central vacuum system through the garage and closets, without creating any damage. That was 12 years ago, and every time I need anything, Kris or his staff are here that day, and are always efficient and effective.
