Made 9am advanced oil chg appointment and get it out before noon. Arrived at 845am and When asked said needed truck back before lunch...to which received a no problem response. Left cell in case they needed to reach me for any reason and when truck was ready. No call so went back at 1145am and found out it wasnt ready...advisor (that i checked the truck in with) gave a look and said ahh it hasnt started yet...terrible customer service and took vehicle that they will never see again...
Service is thorough and the service department is pleasant to deal with and clearly explain what needs to be done to the vehicle, the approximate cost, and when the next regular maintenance service should be done. I have never felt, as a female, that I’ve been talked down to or deprived of detail or information.
